The Patent Attorneys of our Office have extended experience concerning the procedures for obtaining legal protection on inventions created in all fields of the technical innovative process. This activity extends to counselling in the innovative process, preparation of Hungarian patent descriptions, including the same with the Hungarian Patent Office and representation, submitting international (PCT) and European patent applications, direct representation thereof. The activities of our Office also include representation and prosecution of foreign patent applications in Hungary, furthermore, validation of existing European Patents in Hungary. Our activities extend to the prosecution of the patent applications of our Hungarian and foreign Clients outside Hungary, as well, primarily before the European Patent Office, but also at any other countries authorities.
