Plant variety protection

A special service of our Firm, primarily for plant-growers and plant-breeders, is the preparation of applications for plant variety protection, which shall be distinguished from patents, additionally, their representation and application for their protection, on the basis of the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV).
