Enforcement and protection of industrial property rights

In case of infringement of patents, utility model protections, industrial designs and trademark protections, we represent our Clients in enforcing their existing property rights at the Hungarian Patent Office and the competent Hungarian courts, while we also represent our Clients in legal proceedings initiated by third persons on the basis of the above rights, including procedures for revocation of existing property rights and establishment of non-infringement procedures.
