We lay particular emphasis on the proper stipulation of various bank credit constructions in connection with purchase agreements, by scheduling the transfer of the ownership and other rights and determining the extent of the exercise of these rights. Our experiences cover resolving matters with unclear owing and inheritance relationships at the land registry authority. Our practice extends to the drawing up the terms and conditions to the legal relationships and transactions concerning sale and purchase and leasehold of arable land parcels.
